Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Momentum & Growth Trading System (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what rights you have. The business is operated by Momentum & Growth Trading System, San Diego, California, United States. Contact: growithstocksinfo@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing country and order information, so we can deliver your purchase and send receipts.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider (for example PayPal or a card processor). We do not see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not ask for your brokerage account details or passwords. Never send us them.
How we use it
- To process your order and deliver your files (performance of a contract).
- To answer questions and give support (contract and legitimate interest).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To send marketing emails only if you choose to receive them (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment provider, hosting provider and email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Transfers and retention
Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and legal reasons and delete other data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
- EU/UK (GDPR): access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): know what we collect, delete or correct your data, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Israel (Protection of Privacy Law, including Amendment 13): review your information and ask us to correct or delete it.

Children
The site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Terms and Conditions
What you are buying
The Momentum & Growth Trading System kits and tracker are educational digital products delivered as PDF files and an Excel workbook. They are not a physical product, a managed service, investment advice or a guarantee of results.
Price and payment
The price is shown in US dollars before you pay. Each purchase is a single one-time payment, not a subscription. The total is the displayed price plus any taxes or fees shown at checkout. You will see the full amount before you confirm the purchase.
Access
You receive access immediately after payment through a download link sent to your email. “Lifetime access” means you can download your files for as long as we keep the product available. We will give reasonable notice if we ever stop offering downloads.
License and acceptable use
You may use the files for your own personal use. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, use them to run a paid course, signal service or group, or claim them as your own.
No advice and no guarantees
The materials are for education only and are not investment, financial or tax advice. Trading involves risk of loss. Nothing in the kits, on this site or in our guides guarantees profit or success. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for following the laws that apply to you. Please read the Risk Disclosure above.
Third-party services
The kits refer to third-party platforms and tools (for example TradingView, brokers and AI assistants). We do not control them or recommend any broker. Their prices, features and policies can change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business losses arising from your use of the materials. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Our products are digital files delivered by email right after payment, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If a file will not open, email growithstocksinfo@gmail.com and we will help get it working or resend it. Trading results are not a basis for a refund. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
